摘要
针对大倾角综采工作面顺槽巷道,研制了一种适用于20°大倾角新型移动列车组。通过对自移式平板列车单车结构进行改进,并进行双稳固支撑工艺布置,提升了设备在大倾角巷道条件下的整体稳定性。通过实际应用证明,该套设备在煤矿井综采工作面顺槽巷道内能够远程集控,且能够安全稳固支撑移动,应用效果良好。
A new type of moving train set suitable for large inclination angle of 20°was developed for the roadway of fully-mechanized work face with large inclination angle.In addition,the overall stability of the equipment under the condition of large-angle roadway was improved by improving the single car structure of the self-moving plate train and arranging the bi-stable support process.Through the practical application,it was proved that the equipment could be remotely centralized and controlled in the roadway of fully-mechanized work face in coal mine,and could safely and stably support the movement,with good application effect.
