摘要
近些年国家注重绿色生态环境保护,大力倡导生态文明建设。甘肃省积极响应国家号召,在先进科技和理念的带领下,加强林业生态建设为经济社会的发展创造良好基础,目前取得了初步进展,总体达到了适应甘肃省经济产业发展以及生态环境建设的要求。但是,林业不只是为了生态环境而服务,要进一步挖掘其潜能,综合利用林业的经济效能,促进林业生态建设和林下经济协同双向发展。这种协调发展主要是人们可以将良好的林业生态建设同农业林业发展以及畜禽养殖等众多产业集中有效地结合起来,按照当下建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会发展方向努力,从根源上推动甘肃省林业产业发展。本文从发展林业生态建设与林下经济的必然选择入手,分析其作用并就现在的发展建设提出了路径建议,以期助力甘肃省在林业生态环境方面的建设,同时还可以促进甘肃省产业经济良好进步,让更多闲置资源得以利用,解决农民就业和财产性收入,真正达到人与自然和谐共处,生态与经济协同进步的良好局面。
In recent years,China has attached great importance to the protection of green ecological environment and vigorously advocated the construction of ecological civilization.Gansu Province actively responds to the national call and,under the leadership of advanced technology and concepts,strengthens forestry ecological construction to create a good foundation for economic and social development.Currently,preliminary progress has been made,and overall it has met the requirements of adapting to the economic and industrial development as well as ecological environment construction in Gansu Province.However,forestry is not only serving the ecological environment,but also needs to further tap its potential,comprehensively utilizing the economic efficiency of forestry and promoting the cooperative development of forestry ecological construction and understory economy.This cooperative development mainly means that people can effectively combine the construction of good forestry ecology with the development of agriculture forestry,and animal husbandry,and strive to build a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society according to the current development direction,and promote the development of forestry industry in Gansu Province from the root.This paper starts with the inevitable choice of developing forestry ecological construction and forest economy,analyzes its role and puts forward suggestions on the current development and construction,so as to help the construction of forestry ecological environment in Gansu Province,and promote the sound progress of industrial economy in Gansu Province,so that more idle resources can be utilized and farmers'employment and property income can be solved.Truly achieve the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,ecology and economic progress of the good situation.
