摘要
基于低品质煤原煤煤质分析,综合生产矿区生产现状,提出适用于高含矸粘湿煤的干湿联合分选工艺:>100 mm煤炭采用光电分选、100~25 mm煤炭采用重介浅槽分选、25~3 mm煤炭采用复合式分选。该工艺有效降低煤炭分选下限,提高煤炭分选精度,可实现>3 mm低品质煤的降灰提质。在干湿联和分选提质工艺下,过断层前原煤灰分降低了19.19%,发热量提升了4391 kJ/kg;过断层中原煤灰分降低了21.51%,发热量提升了3185 kJ/kg;夹矸层原煤灰分降低了18.33%,发热量提升了3349 kJ/kg。
Based on the analysis of the coal quality of low-quality coal and the synthesis of the production status of the mining area,the dry-wet separation process suitable for the coal of high gangue and viscidity is put forward:using photoelectric separation for>100 mm coal,heavy medium shallow trough sorting for 100-25 mm coal,and compound dry separation for 25-3 mm coal.This process reduces the lower limit of coal separation,improves the accuracy of coal separation,can realize ash reduction and quality improvement of low-quality coal above 3 mm.Under the dry-wet separation process,for raw coal before over fault,ash content decreased by 19.19% and calorific value increased by 4391 kJ/kg,for raw coal in over fault,ash content decreased by 21.51% and calorific value increased by 3185 kJ/kg,for raw coal in interlayer,ash content decreased by 18.33%,and the calorific value increased by 3349 kJ/kg.
