SHMP与PAM协同强化低阶煤泥浮选研究

摘要 为改善低阶煤泥的浮选效果,采用六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)来协同强化低阶煤泥的浮选,探究了SHMP、PAM及SHPM+PAM对低阶煤泥浮选效果的影响。基于接触角和Zeta电位测试分析了改善低阶煤泥浮选效果的机理。研究结果表明,在SHPM用量为600 g/t、CPAM用量为80 g/t时,精煤产率和可燃体回收率分别为60.83%和93.27%,相比于单一SHPM或CPAM,精煤产率分别提高了6.82个百分点和1.88个百分点;可燃体回收率分别提高了9.63个百分点和12.89个百分点。经SHPM+CPAM作用后,煤粒表面的接触角提高了31°,Zeta电位的绝对值提高了17.22 mV。 To improve the flotation effect of low-rank coal slime,sodium hexametaphosphate(SHPM)and polyacrylamide(PAM)were used to synergistically enhance the flotation of low-rank coal slime,andthe effects of SHPM,PAM and SHPM+PAM on the flotation of low-rank coal slime were investigated.The mechanism of improving the flotation effect of low-rank coal slime was analyzed based on the contact angle test and Zeta potential test.The research results show that when the dosage of SHPM is 600 g/t and CPAM is 80 g/t,the cleaned coal yield and combustible matter recovery were 60.83% and 93.27%,respectively.Comparing with single SHMP or CPAM,the cleaned coal yield increased by 6.82 percentage points and 1.88 percentage points,respectively;the combustible matter recovery increased by 9.63 percentage points and 12.89 percentage points,respectively.After SHPM+PAM treatment,the contact angle of coal particle surface is increased by 31°,and the absolute value of Zeta potential of coal particle surface in increased by 17.22 mV.
