摘要
开展高校实验室分类分级管理是管控风险和提升实验室安全管理水平的重要手段。高校实验室分类分级管理体系建设是以危险源辨识为基础,结合学校实际,制定实验室安全风险分类分级标准,将实验室分为六类和四个等级,针对危险源分布情况对实验室进行区域划分。在此基础上,从责任体系与制度、教育培训与准入、安全检查与整改和信息化建设四个方面对不同类型不同等级实验室实施分类分级管理,为同类高校实验室分类分级体系建设提供借鉴。
The classification and grading management of university laboratories is an important means to control risks and improve the level of laboratory safety management.Construction of laboratory classification and grading management system in colleges and universities is based on hazard identification,combined with practice of colleges and universities,the laboratory safety is divided into six categories and four grades by formulating laboratory safety classification and grading standards,and the laboratory is divided into several regions according to the distribution of hazard sources.This paper proposes to construct the laboratory safety classification system from 4 aspects:responsibility system and regulations,education training and access,safety inspection and and rectification,information construction on the basis of identify and evaluate the hazard sources,so as to implement classification and grading management in different types and levels of laboratories,providing reference for the construction of classification and grading system in similar universities.
