摘要 文章介绍70万吨/年裂解柴油加氢装置基本能耗情况,通过与200万吨/年工业燃料油加氢改质装置的能耗进行对比,找出裂解柴油加氢装置的能耗差距及优、缺点;再通过对现运行装置能耗改进措施实施后的运行数据进行分析,寻找出裂解柴油加氢装置能耗的改进方向。 This article introduces the basic energy consumption situation of the 700000 t/a cracking diesel hydrogenation unit.By comparing the energy consumption with the 2000000 t/a industrial fuel oil hydrogenation and upgrading unit,the energy consumption gap,advantages and disadvantages of the cracking diesel hydrogenation unit are identified.By analyzing the operational data after the implementation of the energy consumption improvement measures of the current operating unit,the direction for improving energy consumption of cracking diesel hydrogenation unit is identified.
