1例中西药联合治疗2型糖尿病患者痛风发作期的药学监护

摘要 目的探讨临床药师在1例2型糖尿病患者痛风急性发作期治疗过程中的作用。方法临床药师参与2型糖尿病患者痛风急性发作期的药物治疗,分析患者血糖控制不佳的药物原因,筛选降糖药物对血尿酸的影响,建议选用钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂(SGLT-2i),同时优化降糖、痛风治疗的中西药方案。结果患者肿痛症状明显缓解,血糖平稳下降。结论临床药师通过参与1例2型糖尿病患者痛风急性发作期的药学监护,协助医师优化治疗方案,对患者进行个体化用药,在临床治疗过程中发挥了积极作用。 Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the acute exacerbation stage of gout.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the stage of acute exacerbation,analyzed the drug-related causes of poor blood glucose control,studied the effect of hypoglycemic drugs on blood uric acid,recommended switch to SGLT-2i and optimized the Chinese and Western medicine regimens for hypoglycemic and gout treatment.Results The symptoms of swelling and pain were significantly alleviated,and the blood glucose decreased steadily.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can play an active role in clinical treatment by participating in the pharmaceutical care of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus during acute exacerbation of gout,assisting physicians in optimizing treatment plans,and providing individualized medication to patients.
