摘要
为验证近距离煤层蹬空开采可行性,以新大地煤矿8号、15号煤地质条件为背景,采用理论计算、数值模拟方法,对8号煤蹬空开采可行性进行了验证,结论如下:(1)15号煤开采后裂隙带最大高度为顶板上方102.7 m,8号煤位于顶板裂隙带岩层内,15号煤回采对8号煤影响较小,上层煤可采用蹬空开采方式。(2)确定了8号煤首采工作面8101工作面设计方案,并进行了现场应用。8101工作面回采期间日推进度平均为5.4 m/d,并且回采期间矿压显现在可控范围内,表明8号煤蹬空开采具备可行性。
In order to verify the feasibility of kicking air mining in close distance coal seam,taking the geological conditions of No.8 and No.15 coal seam of Xindadi Colliery as background,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation methods have been used to verify the feasibility of kicking air mining in No.8 coal seam.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The maximum height of the fracture zone after No.15 coal mining is 102.7 m above the roof,No.8 coal seam is located within the rock layer of the fracture zone on the roof.The impact of No.15 coal mining on No.8 coal is relatively small,and the upper layer of coal can be kicking air mined.(2)The design scheme for No.8 coal first mining in 8101 working face has been determined and applied on site.The average daily progress during the mining period of the 8101 working face is 5.4 m/d,and the strata behavior during the mining period is within a controllable range,which indicates that kicking air mining in No.8 coal seam is feasible.
