摘要
目前渤海油田低渗储层的开发开采需求不断增加,对分层压裂工艺需求逐年增多,渤海老井低渗压裂经历了“Y系列”“K系列”及配套压裂工具的坎坷摸索,形成了“一趟多层拖动”压裂工艺。低渗压裂作业井目的层纵向跨度大、埋深深、非均质性强,井下高温高压造成常规压差座封封隔器易砂卡,拖轮压裂作业窗口紧张,成本较高,常规的“一趟多层投球式”分层压裂管柱无法满足现场作业需求;“一趟多层拖动”压裂工具非国产,且作业费用高,普适性差。经过改进攻关,成功研制出耐高温、性能稳定的自主化压裂封隔器等压裂工具,在现场成功应用,取得良好作用效果,解决了压裂工具非国产、费用高、普适性差的难题,大大节约了工期及费用,为后续低渗压裂作业打开新局面。自主化压裂封隔器具有安全性能高,作业效率高,操作容易,费用低等特点,应用前景十分广阔。
At present,the demand for the development and exploitation of low permeability reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield is increasing,and the demand for the layered fracturing technology is increasing year by year.After the rough exploration of“Y Series”,“K Series”and supporting fracturing tools,the low permeability fracturing in Bohai old wells has formed the fracturing technology of“one trip multi-layer drag”.The target layer of low permeability fracturing wells has a large longitudinal span,deep burial depth and strong heterogeneity.The conventional pressure difference seat packer is easy to be stuck in sand,and the tug fracturing operation window is tight,and the cost is high.The conventional“one trip multi-layer ball-throwing”layered fracturing pipe can not meet the demand of field operation;the“one trip multi-layer drag”fracturing tool is not domestic,and the operation cost is high and the universality is poor.After improving the key points,the fracturing tools such as the autonomize fracturing packer with high temperature resistance and stable performance have been successfully developed and applied in the field,and achieved good effects.It has solved the problems of non-domestic fracturing tools,high cost and poor universality,greatly saving the construction period and cost,and opening up a new situation for the subsequent low permeability fracturing operation.The autonomize fracturing packer has the characteristics of high safety performance,high operation efficiency,easy operation and low cost,and has a very broad application prospect.
