摘要
防渗漏施工是保证工程质量的重点和难点,防水效果与防水材料和施工技术有着密切的关系。因此,着重介绍了速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料在地下室工程施工的施工工艺、细部节点作法和冬期施工质量保证措施,同时开创性地进行了地下室外墙淋水试验。结果表明,此防水涂料既保证了施工质量,又大幅缩短了施工时间,同时满足绿色低碳的施工要求,防水效果极好,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Anti-leakage construction is the key and difficult point of project quality.The waterproof effect is closely related to the waterproof material and construction technology.Therefore,this paper focused on the construction technology,detail node practices and winter construction quality assurance measures of quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating in basement construction,while pioneering research on the basement exterior wall drenching test.This waterproof coating,not only ensure the construction quality and greatly shorten the construction time,but also meet the green and low-carbon construction requirements,demonstrating excellent waterproof effect,which has achieved good economic and social benefits.
