摘要
山体建筑中永久抗滑边坡支护桩和预应力锚索的施工质量与边坡支护结构的支护性能具有密不可分的关系,同时边坡支护工程存在比较强的隐蔽性及地质的不确定性,此时需要在施工中制订科学的施工技术方案,为边坡支护的施工质量提供有力的技术保障。基于大直径旋挖桩及预应力锚索施工中大型偏芯钢筋笼的制作、大直径桩旋挖成孔、钢筋笼下放、水下混凝土灌注、预应力锚索制作施工、土方开挖等方面的具体内容及施工难点技术措施,对山体永久抗滑支护结构施工技术进行了研究与分析,旨在为行业相关的技术人员提供施工参考。
The construction quality of permanent anti-slide slope supporting piles and prestressed anchor cables in mountain buildings is closely related to the supporting performance of slope supporting structures,at the same time,the slope support project has the strong concealment and the geological uncertainty,at this time needs to formulate the scientific construction technology plan in the construction,provides the powerful technical guarantee for the slope support construction quality.this paper was based on the concrete contents and technical measures of construction difficulties in the construction of large diameter rotary pile and prestressed anchor cable,such as the manufacture of large-scale eccentric-core reinforcement cage,the rotary excavation of large diameter pile,the lowering of reinforcement cage,the underwater concrete pouring,the fabrication of prestressed anchor cable,the excavation of earthwork,etc.,this paper studied and analyzed the construction technology of the permanent anti-slide supporting structure of mountain body,aiming at providing the relevant construction reference for the related technical personnel in the industry.
