大采高沿空留巷开采覆岩破断对充填体的影响规律研究

摘要 充填体稳定是大采高沿空留巷工作面安全开采的关键,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测方法,研究充填体在顶板载荷作用下的承载特征、采动对充填体稳定性影响规律,对充填体安全性评价。研究结果表明:充填体浇筑后顶板载荷逐渐显现,充填体应力逐渐增大,在浇筑7 d后应力最大为18.7 MPa、顶部下沉量最大为570 mm;初次来压时充填体应力和变形最大,为最危险工况,选择的KJ—Ⅰ型矿用浇筑料和留设参数在斜沟煤矿工业性试验中满足使用要求。 The stability of the filling body is the key to the safe mining of the high mining height goaf retaining roadway working face.Theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site measurement methods are used to study the bearing characteristics of the filling body under roof load,the impact law of mining on the stability of the filling body,and to evaluate the safety of the filling body.The research results show that after pouring the filling material,the load on the top plate gradually becomes apparent,and the stress on the filling material gradually increases.After 7 days of pouring,the maximum stress is 18.7 MPa,and the maximum subsidence at the top is 570 millimeters;The maximum stress and deformation of the filling body during the initial pressure is the most dangerous working condition.The selected KJ-I mining pouring material and reserved parameters meet the requirements for use in the industrial test of Xiegou Coal Mine.
