“窄路密网”模式下城市支路网密度规划研究

摘要 城市支路作为道路系统的毛细血管,是提高地块交通可达性的主要依托,也是道路系统十分重要的组成部分。然而,城市规划对于支路缺乏刚性管控,常常导致支路建设滞后、路网密度不足的问题。为适应“窄马路、密路网”的城市道路布局理念,保证干路系统接入顺畅以及慢行系统的连续便捷,对支路网进行了系统性研究。主要研究结论如下:(1)提出针对支路体系的城市分区方法,将城市细分为6种功能类型;(2)提出各分区支路网控制指标的区间值和推荐值,便于控制性详细规划的落实;(3)将确定的支路网控制指标在唐山市中心城区范围内进行实例核算,结果显示研究指标合理;(4)为适应不确定性因素,提出刚性控制与弹性控制相结合的规划思路。 Being capillaries of the road system,the urban branch roads are the main support for improving the ac-cessibility of land transportation as well as a very important component of the road system.However,the lack of rigid control over branch roads in urban planning often causes lagging branch road construction and insufficient road net-work density.In order to adapt to the urban road layout concept of"narrow roads with dense road networks",ensure smooth accesses to the main road system and continuous convenience of the slow traffic system,a systematic study was conducted on the branch road network.The main research conclusions are as follows:The urban zoning method for branch road systems was proposed to divide cities into six functional types;②The interval and recom-mended values for the control indicators of each sub district branch road network were proposed to facilitate the implementation of detailed control planning;③The determined control indicators of the branch road network were calculated as examples within the downtown of Tangshan,and the results showed that the research indicators were reasonable.A planning approach combining rigid control and elastic control was proposed to adapt to uncertain factors.
