摘要
目的探索超声引导下注射技术在海外维和医疗行动中应用价值。方法选取2020年08月~2021年07月门诊就诊的疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)≥4分各类脊柱及四肢关节疼痛患者85例,在超声引导下行疼痛注射治疗。于治疗前、治疗后1周采用NRS进行疼痛评估,依据改良Macnab疗效评定标准对治疗效果进行疗效评定,并进行满意度评价。结果85例患者接受超声引导下疼痛注射治疗,平均注射次数(1.8±0.8)次。治疗前NRS评分为(5.71±0.89)分,治疗后NRS评分为(1.97±0.82)分,治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义(t=27.10,P=0.000)。85例患者治疗总有效率为97.6%,优良率为94.1%。满意度评分为(4.7±0.7)分,患者满意度为94.3%。未发生误入血管、胸腔、内脏,未发生神经损伤等并发症。1例颈痛患者行小关节注射后出现头晕、耳鸣,和上肢乏力,经观察及平卧休息,于治疗后1 h恢复。结论超声引导下脊柱及四肢关节疼痛注射技术减轻患者疼痛效果显著,有效率及患者满意度高,值得今后任务借鉴。
Objective By summarizing and analyzing the cases of spinal and limb joint pain injection under ultrasound-guided at the Chinese level II peacekeeping hospital in Mali,this study explores the practical value of ultrasound-guided injection technology for overseas peacekeeping medical operations.Methods A total of 85 patients with spinal and limb joint pain,who had a Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score of≥4 during their outpatient visits from August 2020 to July 2021,were selected for ultrasound-guided pain injection treatment.Pain levels were evaluated using the NRS before and one week after treatment,while therapeutic efficacy was assessed based on the modified Macnab criteria and patient satisfaction.Results A total of 85 patients underwent ultrasound-guided pain injections,with an average frequency of injections at(1.8±0.8)times.The pre-treatment NRS score was recorded as(5.71±0.89)points,while the post-treatment NRS score showed a significant decrease to(1.97±0.82)points(t=27.10,P=0.000).The overall effective rate reached 97.6%,with an excellent and good rate of 94.1%.Patient satisfaction was high at 94.3%,reflected by a satisfaction score(4.7±0.7).No complications,such as vascular,thoracic or internal organ issues,and no nerve damage were observed.Following a small joint injection,a patient with neck pain experienced symptoms of dizziness,tinnitus,and upper limb weakness.However,these symptoms resolved within 1 hour after treatment and observation while the patient remained in a supine position.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided spinal and limb joint pain injection technology exhibits remarkable efficacy in pain relief,efficiency,and patient satisfaction,rendering it a valuable reference for future endeavors.
