摘要 目的:探究多元化教育干预对颅内动脉瘤患者术后心理状态和依从性的影响。方法:选取2021年1-12月某院收治的93例颅内动脉瘤患者,随机分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=46),对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予多元化教育干预。比较两组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自量表(SDS)]、疾病不确定感[Mishel制定的疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)]、希望水平[中文版Herth希望量表(HHI)]、依从性及生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]。结果:干预后相较于对照组,观察组SAS评分和SDS评分明显较低(t=-6.345,-4.613;P<0.001),MUIS各维度评分明显较低(t=-7.619,-5.704,-5.191,-3.784;P<0.001),HHI各维度评分明显较高(t=9.718,10.298,3.866;P<0.001),合理膳食、规范用药、规律作息、有氧运动依从性均明显较高(χ^(2)=12.106,7.710,10.831,8.868;P<0.05),GQOLI-74各维度评分明显较高(t=5.811,5.881,7.221,5.809,7.650;P<0.001)。结论:多元化教育干预可明显改善颅内动脉瘤患者术后心理状态,降低疾病不确定感,增强希望水平,提高依从性,提升生活质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of diversified educational intervention on the psychological status and compliance of patients with intracranial aneurysms after surgery.Methods:A total of 93 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=46).The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given diversified education intervention..The psychological status(SAS and SDS),uncertainty of disease(MUIS),hope level(Chinese version of Herth Hope Scale(HHI)),compliance and quality of life(GQOLI-74)were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower(t=-6.345,-4.613;P<0.001),the MUIS score in each dimension was significantly lower(t=-7.619,-5.704,-5.191,-3.784;P<0.001),the HHI score in each dimension was significantly higher(t=9.718,10.298,3.866;P<0.001),and the compliance with reasonable diet,standardized medication,regular work and rest,and aerobic exercise were significantly higher(χ^(2)=12.106,7.710,10.831,8.868;P<0.05),GQOLI-74 scores in each dimension were significantly higher(t=5.811,5.881,7.221,5.809,7.650;P<0.001).Conclusion:Diversified educational intervention can significantly improve the psychological status of patients with intracranial aneurysms after surgery,reduce the uncertainty of disease,enhance the level of hope,improve compliance,and improve the quality of life.
