摘要
目的 探讨采用逐级合训模式在军医学员中开展战现场急救技术训练的效果。方法 选取不同战现场急救培训模式的大四年级本科学员为研究对象。对照组与实验组在考核前均接受相同学时的理论及实践学习,实验组从大一至大四逐级学习战现场急救技术。对两组学员进行初次检伤、止血、包扎、通气、胸腔穿刺、输液等科目的考核。结果 实验组战救技能总体评分优于对照组,在检伤、气道管理、伤标、战场管理、团队协助、考核时间方面均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。细化评分方面,两组在检伤、四大观念、止血、气道管理、固定、伤票、战场管理及团队协作方面存在不同程度的差异,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 逐级合训模式开展战现场急救技术训练能够更好地培养军医学员的卫生救护能力。
Objective To discuss the effect of first-aid technique training on the battlefield in military medical cadets by using the mode of joint training.Methods Senior undergraduate students in different modes of on-the-spot first aid training were selected as the research objects.The control group and the experimental group received the same theoretical and practical learning hours before the examination,and the experimental group learned first aid techniques step by step from freshman to senior.The students in the two groups were assessed on the subjects of initial wound examination,hemostasis,bandaging,ventilation,thoraco puncture,infusion,etc.Results The overall scores of the experimental group was better than those of the control group in wound detection,airway management,wound marking,battlefield management and team assistance and assessment time(P<0.05).In terms of the detailed score,the two groups had different degrees of differences in wound detection,four concepts,hemostasis,airway management,fixation,wound ticket,battlefield management and team cooperation.Conclusion The first-aid technical training in the field of combat can provide the health rescue ability training for the military medical trainees better than before.
