摘要
神经精神性狼疮(NPSLE)是系统性红斑狼疮最常见的表现之一,与不良预后及高致死率显著相关,NPSLE的早诊断、早干预对延缓患者脑损伤、改善预后有重要意义。结构和功能磁共振成像不仅可以直观评估NPSLE患者脑部病变,还可对病变进行定量分析。本文旨在对近年来神经精神性狼疮患者脑结构与功能MRI研究进展进行综述。
Neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus(NPSLE)is one of the most common manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus and is associated with poor prognosis and high mortality.Early diagnosis and intervention are important in delaying brain injury and improving prognosis.This paper reviews the research progress of structural and functional MRI in visual and quantitative assessment of brain lesions in NPSLE.
