摘要
为了加强产品质量监督管理工作,保护消费者利益,政府市场监督管理部门依据《产品质量监督抽查管理暂行办法》对流通领域或生产领域的产品质量进行监督抽查。首先介绍了国家监督抽查服装及床品产品质量问题;然后汇总分析了纺织品领域监督抽查中常见的问题和注意事项,从抽样、检验、报告3个环节分别说明,结合实际遇到的案例举例阐述,总结了监督抽查中发现的主要产品质量问题并提出改进建议;最后从检验机构和企业的角度分别给出了监督抽查的应对对策。
In order to strengthen the supervision and management of product quality,the government supervision and management departments regularly conduct product quality supervision and random inspection in accordance with the Interim Measures for Product Quality Supervision and Random Inspection.The problems found in the supervision and man⁃agement of product quality were introduced.Then,common problems and precautions in the supervision and spot checks of the textile field were summarized and analyzed.Explained from the three stages of sampling,inspection,and reporting,com⁃bined with examples of actual cases encountered,the main product quality issues discovered during supervision and spot checks were summarized,and improvement suggestions were proposed.Finally,suggestions for improving the quality were provided,as well as countermeasures for the supervision and random inspection.
