摘要
四川省图书馆利用区块链技术构建数字资源集中管理平台,通过对接国家图书馆组建联盟链、搭建业务管理系统,对数字资源进行资产化、精准化管理,从而解决当前公共图书馆在数字资源管理中面临的信息孤岛、安全存储、版权纠纷等难题,以期为公共图书馆向智慧化转型发展提供新思路。
Sichuan Provincial Library uses blockchain technology to build a centralized management platform for digital resources.By connecting with the National Library of China to form a consortium chain and build a business management system,the digital resources are assetized and accurately managed,so as to solve the problems of information island,safe storage and copyright disputes faced by public libraries in the management of digital resources,and provide new ideas for the transformation and development of public libraries to smart.
