摘要
冠心病患病率和病死率逐年增加,严重影响人们生活质量,然其具体的发病原因仍未探明。中医学者认为痰浊、气滞是其重要标实因素,应以疏肝理气、健脾祛痰为主要治法。现代研究发现肠道菌群及其维持的微环境能够通过调节炎症与脂质代谢等影响冠心病及其诱发因素的发生发展,与冠心病息息相关。脾为后天之本,气血生化之源,肠道微环境作为脾脏生理功能的重要体现,与肝脏生理相关,病理相联。该文基于肝脾同调理论,探讨通过中医药调节肠道微生物菌群,改善肠道微环境,进而影响气血运行和调控脂质代谢,达到改善冠心病的目的。
The prevalence rate and mortality of coronary heart disease are increasing year by year,which seriously affects the quality of life of human beings.However,the specific causes of coronary heart disease are still unknown.Traditional Chinese medicine scholars believe that turbid phlegm and Qi stagnation are important factors to lend to chest discomfort.Dredging liver to regulate Qi,invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm are important treatments for chest discomfort.In recent years,intestinal flora has become a hot spot of exploration,which appears in a variety of cardiovascular diseases and is also closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Modern studies have found that intestinal flora and its maintained microenvironment can affect the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and its predisposing factors by regulating inflammation and lipid metabolism.The spleen is the source of acquired Qi and blood biochemistry.As the reflection of spleen's physiological function,the intestinal flora links to the physiology and pathology of liver.Based on the theory of liver-spleen coordination,this paper discusses the use of traditional Chinese medicine to regulate intestinal microbial flora,improve intestinal microenvironment,and then affect the circulation of Qi and blood and regulate lipid metabolism,so as to improve coronary heart disease.
