摘要
目的开展基于5E康复护理模式的新模式辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD),评估该方法的疗效,能否改善患者的肺功能、减轻疲劳、提高生活质量。方法选择2021年10月—2023年10月本院收治的120例AECOPD患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理和健康宣教干预,观察组给予5E康复护理干预,两组干预时间均为12周。在干预前后选择多个指标对两组患者的疗效进行评价:COPD认知问卷评价认知水平,PEF、FEV1%pred评价肺功能,mMRC量表评价呼吸困难程度,SF-36量表评价生活质量,FS-14量表评价疲劳程度。结果两组患者在干预后对COPD的认知水平均有提高,另外患者的肺功能、呼吸困难、生活质量等均有改善,但是观察组的各项指标获得了更明显的改善(P均<0.05)。结论在AECOPD的临床护理过程中实施5E康复护理模式,能够显著提高患者的治疗效果,改善肺功能、减轻疲劳、提高生活质量。
Objective To apply a new model based on 5E rehabilitation nursing model to assist the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and investigate whether this method could improve patients'lung function,alleviate their fatigue,and increase their quality of life.Methods 120 AECOPD patients who were admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The routine nursing and health education interventions were used in the control group,while the 5E rehabilitation nursing interventions were used in the observation group for a period of 12 weeks.The efficacy of two groups of patients was evaluated using the following indicators:COPD cognitive questionnaire was used for evaluation of cognitive level,PEF and FEV1%pred were used for evaluation of lung function,mMRC scale was used for evaluation the dyspnea score,SF-36 scale for quality of life,FS-14 scale for fatigue.Results After the treatment,the cognitive level of COPD,lung function,dyspnea score and quality of life score were all improved in both groups,while these indicators improved more in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of 5E rehabilitation nursing model in the clinical nursing process of AECOPD can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve lung function,reduce fatigue,and improve the quality of life.
