摘要
乌东煤矿急倾斜巨厚煤层赋存条件复杂,巷道掘进存在夹矸多、顶板易破碎区段,存在较严重的安全隐患,为了解决该隐患,乌东煤矿在巷道常规段采取长、短锚索及锚杆联合支护方式,在易破碎段增加管棚支护。经数值模拟与现场观测表明,常规段联合支护效果显著,相较未支护顶板下沉减小50%,巷道围岩内部没有严重破坏区,巷道表面平整,没有大块片帮及冒落情况;易破碎段管棚支护下巷道顶板平整未出现垮冒。微震监测结果表明,在掘进期间巷道围岩活动平稳,表明该支护技术可以很好地控制巷道变形,对于复杂条件下巷道安全支护提供借鉴及指导,具有重要的应用价值及科学研究意义。
The occurrence conditions of steep and extremely thick coal seam in Wudong coal mine are complex,and there are many dirt bands and the roof is easily broken in roadway excavation,which has serious safety hazards.In order to solve this hidden danger,Wudong coal mine adopts the combined support method of long and short anchor cables and anchor rods in the conventional section of roadway,and adds pipe shed support in the easily broken section.The numerical simulation and field observation show that the effect of combined support in conventional section is remarkable,and the roof subsidence is reduced by 50%compared with that without support.There is no serious damage area in the surrounding rock of the roadway,and the surface of the roadway is flat,without large pieces of spalling and caving.The roof of the roadway is flat under the support of pipe-shed in fragile section,and there is no caving.The microseismic monitoring results show that the surrounding rock activity of the roadway is stable during the excavation,which shows that the support technology can control the deformation of the roadway well,and provide reference and guidance for the safe support of the roadway under complex conditions,which has important application value and scientific research significance.
