低温热处理对聚苯胺微观结构及电化学性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用电化学循环伏安法,通过改变聚合条件,在碳布上可控沉积了少量的聚苯胺。在不破坏聚苯胺分子链结构的基础上,对其进行了低温热处理,并对热处理前后的聚苯胺微观结构及电化学性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明,低温热处理可以显著改变聚苯胺的微观形貌,使聚苯胺分子链均匀铺展,团聚现象明显减少。经过200℃低温热处理后的聚苯胺其电化学性能有了明显改善,获得了更大的比容量、更高的倍率性能和更长的循环寿命。在1.0 A/g的电流密度下,比电容为207.58 F/g,经1000次循环后容量保持率相较于低温热处理前提高了18.06%。 Electrochemical cyclic voltammetry was used to controllably deposit a small amount of polyaniline on the carbon cloth by changing the polymerization conditions.On the basis of not de‐stroying the molecular chain structure of polyaniline,the low temperature heat treatment was carried out,and the microstructure and electrochemical properties before and after heat treatment were tested and evaluated.It is found out that the microstructure of polyaniline can be significantly changed by low temperature heat treatment,and the molecular chains of polyaniline can be evenly spread with significantly reduced agglomeration phenomenon.After heat treatment at 200℃,the electrochemical performance of polyaniline has been significantly improved,harvesting larger spe‐cific capacitance,higher rate performance and longer cycle life.Under the current density of 1.0 A/g,the specific capacitance is 207.58 F/g.After 1000 cycles,the capacity retention rate is increased by 18.06%compared with that before low temperature heat treatment.
