摘要
目的探讨四红祛斑汤联合火针治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑的效果及对皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月我科收治的80例气滞血瘀型黄褐斑患者,以数字法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用火针治疗,观察组采用四红祛斑汤联合火针治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的皮损面积评分、皮损颜色评分及皮损总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的P物质(SP)、促黑激素(MSH)及丙二醛(MDA)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的皮脂含量、角质层含水量高于对照组,经表皮水分流失量(TEWL)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四红祛斑汤联合火针治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑可提高治疗效果,降低皮损症状积分,促进患者抗氧化能力提升和皮肤屏障功能改善,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Sihong Quban decoction combined with fire needle on chloasma of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and its influence on skin barrier function.Methods A total of 80 patients with chloasma of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted in our department from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by digital method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fire needle,and the observation group was treated with Sihong Quban decoction combined with fire needle.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion area score,skin lesion color score and total skin lesion score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of substance P(SP),melanophore stimulating hormone(MSH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sebum content and stratum corneum water content in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sihong Quban decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of chloasma of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the skin symptom score,promote the improvement of antioxidant capacity and skin barrier function of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
