摘要
针对乙炔发生器排渣操作频繁、操作强度高、人为误操作多的问题,进行了排渣过程自动化改造,增加了自动排渣程序,实现了一键排渣;同时优化了排渣工艺,增加了排渣前反冲洗步骤,减少了排渣时VOCs外排大气造成的环境污染和可燃气体探头报警问题。
In response to the problems relevant to acetylene generator such as frequent slag discharge operation,high operation intensity,and frequent human errors,the automation transformation of the slag discharge process had been carried out.An automatic slag removal program had been added,realizing one click slag removal.At the same time,the slag discharge process had been optimized by adding a backwash step before slag discharge,which reduced environmental pollution and combustible gas probe alarm issues caused by VOCs emission being discharged into the atmosphere during slag discharge.
