摘要
全面统筹海南省城乡发展,推动农垦和地方城乡一体化,促进垦区土地与周边地区融合发展,不仅是推动乡村振兴、促进农垦与地方经济社会协调发展,更是海南省农垦在现代农业建设中示范带动作用的关键所在。基于此,本文结合海南省三亚市育才生态区垦地融合村庄规划实践,分析我国现阶段国土空间管控制度,探讨垦地融合实践方法,以期推动垦地融合发展。
Comprehensively coordinating urban and rural development in Hainan Province,promoting the integration of agricultural reclamation and local development,and accelerating the integrated development of reclamation land and surrounding areas can not only promote the rural revitalization as well as the coordinated development of agricultural reclamation and local social economy,but also serve as the key to the demonstration and driving role of Hainan agricultural reclamation in the construction of modern agriculture.Based on this,this paper takes the practice of reclamation integration in Yucai Ecological Zone,Hainan Province as example,analyzes the current territorial and spatial control system in China,and discusses the practice method of reclamation integration,in order to promote the integrated development of agricultural reclamation and local development.
