摘要
党的二十大报告将:“引导规范民办教育发展”做为“办好人民满意的教育”的关键着力点。民办高校专创融合应用型人才培养质量提升是助力国家创新驱动发展战略、服务地方经济发展与夯实办学成效的重要基石。基于民办高校“专创融合”应用型人才培养存在的社会价值与经济价值双重面向与两难冲突提出相应的整合优化路径,是破解当前应用型人才培育认识盲点和实践困局基本前提。民办高校应从社会价值为旨归,从“建构创新理念—夯实顶层设计—打造师资团队—重塑课程体系—优化平台建设”五个维度重构“专创融合”应用型人才培养模式,以期夯实民办高校人才培养质量水平。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China makes"guiding and regulating the development of private education"as the key focus of"running a good education to the satisfaction of the people".Improving the quality of applied talents cultivation by private colleges and universities is an important cornerstone for boosting the national innovation-driven development strategy,serving the local economic development and consolidating the effectiveness of school running.Based on the social value and economic value of private colleges and universities"specialization and innovation fusion"applied talents cultivation of the existence of the dual-oriented and dilemma conflict put forward the corresponding integration and optimization of the path is to crack the current applied talents cultivation of the understanding of the blind spot and the basic premise of the practical predicament.Private colleges and universities should aim at social value,reconstructing from five dimensions of"constructing innovative concepts-consolidating toplevel design-building teacher teams-reshaping curriculum system-optimizing platform construction".The"Specialized Innovation Fusion"applied talent cultivation model is aimed at consolidating the quality level of talent cultivation in private colleges and universities.
