摘要
磨损是热作模具的主要失效形式之一,了解材料磨损机理和开发改善材料磨损性能的方法对提高模具寿命具有重要意义。本文对热作模具钢磨损性能的研究现状进行了阐述,对影响磨损性能的因素和改善磨损性能的方法进行了探讨和总结,并对热作模具钢磨损性能的研究趋势进行了展望。
Wear is one of the main failure modes of hot working dies.Understanding the wear mechanism of materials and developing methods to improve the wear properties of materials is of great significance to improve the life of the die.The research status of the wear performance of the hot working die was described,the factors affecting wear performance and methods for improving wear performance were discussed and summarized.And the research trend of wear performance of the hot working die was prospected.
