摘要
会计管理工作在医院综合管理工作中的主要应用价值:为医院领导者开展科学、合理的经营决策工作提供更为全面精准的经济数据信息;提高资金配置的合理性,借助科学的预算管理工作监管预算编制和执行过程,及时发现医院会计管理中存在的问题。介绍了医院加强会计管理的必要性,分析了医院会计管理工作中存在的问题,提出了医院会计管理工作问题的应对策略。
The main application value of accounting management in comprehensive management of hospitals lies in providing more comprehensive and accurate economic data information for hospital leaders to carry out scientific and rational business decision-making work;improving the rationality of fund allocation,supervising the budget formulation and implementation process through scientific budget management,and timely discovering problems in hospital accounting management.This paper introduces the necessity of strengthening accounting management in hospitals,analyzes the problems existing in accounting management work in hospitals,and proposes countermeasures for addressing these problems.
