摘要
阐述一种从光电容积脉搏波中提取呼吸信号并计算呼吸频率的方法。对PPG信号进行经验模态分解算法,选取合适的本征模态函数作为呼吸波重构的分量,对比分析重构的呼吸信号与原始呼吸信号。
This paper describes a method for extracting respiratory signals from photocapacitive pulse waves and calculating respiratory frequency.Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)algorithm is applied to PPG signals,which selects appropriate intrinsic mode functions as components for respiratory wave reconstruction.It compares and analyzes the reconstructed respiratory signal with the original respiratory signal.
