《分子生物学》线下一流本科课程建设及探索

摘要 《分子生物学》是从分子水平研究生命本质的一门新兴边缘学科,作为连接基础医学与临床医学、正常生理状态与疾病状态的桥梁课程,是当前生命科学中发展最快并正在与其他学科广泛交叉与渗透的重要前沿领域,既是重要的医学基础课,又是与临床密切联系的交叉课,其教学改革一直是高等医学院校基础医学教育改革的重要内容之一。响应全面开展一流本科课程建设的号召,以建设《分子生物学》线下一流本科课程为目的,文章将从课程介绍、课程现状及主要存在的问题、课程改革的目标、教学改革探索与实践、课程的创新及特色,以及课程建设效果与评价6个方面对《分子生物学》课程教学改革进行探索,对线下一流本科课程建设提供建议和思考。 Molecular Biology is a new frontier subject which studies the essence of life at the molecular level.It is a bridge course connecting basic medicine and clinical medicine,normal physiological state and disease state.It is an important frontier field of life science,which is developing fastest and is crossing with other subjects widely.It is not only an important basic medical course,but also a cross course closely related to clinic.Its teaching reform has always been one of the important contents of basic medical education reform in medical colleges and universities.In response to the call of carrying out the first-class undergraduate curriculum construction in an all-round way,with the purpose of building the offline first-class undergraduate course of Molecular Biology,this paper will explore the teaching reform of Molecular Biology course from six aspects:course introduction,course status and main existing problems,curriculum reform objectives,teaching reform exploration and practice,the curriculum innovation and characteristics,and the effect and evaluation of course construction.It provides suggestions and reflections on the construction of the offline first-class undergraduate courses.
