摘要
垂体柄阻断综合征(PSIS)是多种因素引发垂体柄缺如、变细等垂体结构异常引起的一系列临床症候群,其发病机制尚无明确定论,临床表现多样,常有误诊、漏诊情况发生。此文报道广东祈福医院儿科1例诊断为PSIS的患儿。
Pituitary stalk blocking syndrome(PSIS)is a series of clinical syndromes caused by pituitary structural abnormalities such as the absence and thinning of the pituitary stalk caused by various factors.Its unclear pathogenesis and clinical manifestations are diverse,and there are often misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.This paper reports a child diagnosed as PSIS in the Department of Pediatrics of Guangdong Clifford Hospital.
