摘要
目的系统评价白血病幸存者回归社会的真实体验。方法计算机检索PubMed、Ebsco、Web of science、Medline及Cochrane Library 5个英文数据库和中国知网(CNKl)、万方、CBM及维普3个中文数据库中关于急性白血病幸存者真实体验的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2022年5月。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行质量评价后,采用Meta汇集性整合方法对纳入的文章进行整合。结果共纳入10篇文献,归纳形成8个新类别,最终形成3个整合结果:(1)白血病幸存者身心健康受到疾病的持续影响;(2)白血病幸存者社会关系发生转变;(3)白血病幸存者找寻合适的应对策略。结论白血病幸存者重返社会的过程艰辛而漫长,他们常常有复杂的体验和中断的人际关系,社会应关注这一特殊人群,并为其提供心理、生理、经济及政策支持,以促进其早日回归社会。
Objective To systematically evaluate the real experience of leukemia survivors returning to society.Methods Qualitative studies on the real experience of acute leukemia survivors were searched in 5 English databases including PubMed,Ebsco,Web of Science,Medline and Cochrane Library,and 3 Chinese databases including CNKl,Wanfang,CBM and VIP.The retrieval period is from database construction to May 2022.The quality of the included articles was evaluated using the Quality evaluation criteria of Australian JBI evidence-based health care centers,and meta-pooled integration method was used to integrate the included articles.Results A total of 10 literatures were included,8 new categories were summarized,and 3 integrated results were formed:(1)The physical and mental health of leukemia survivors were continuously affected by the disease;(2)The social relationship changes of leukemia survivors;(3)Leukemia survivors search for appropriate coping strategies.Conclusion It is difficult and long for leukemia survivors to return to society.They often have complicated experiences and interrupted interpersonal relationships.Society should pay attention to this special population and provide psychological,physiological,economic and policy support to promote their early return to society.
