摘要
目的探讨术前经鼻吸入薰衣草精油的芳香疗法对妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期的焦虑状态及手术后疼痛评分的影响。方法选择2022年1月-2022年12月在本院行择期妇科腹腔镜手术的患者100例,年龄20岁-65岁,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,体重40 Kg-75 Kg,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,观察组的患者术前一天的睡前,给予2%薰衣草精油行吸入芳香治疗,对照组睡前不予特殊治疗。两组患者分别于术前一天,麻醉诱导前10 min及术后填写状态特质焦虑量表(STAI-S6)对患者的焦虑情绪进行评价并比较。同时术后1 h,6 h,12 h采用VAS评分表进行疼痛评分。结果两组间的一般情况,资料数据差异无统计学意义。麻醉前及术后观察组患者的疼痛和焦虑评分均显著低于对照组(疼痛评分P<0.05;焦虑评分P<0.05)。此外,薰衣草组的患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论薰衣草芳香疗法改善妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期的焦虑和术后疼痛效果确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of aromatherapy with nasal inhalation of lavender essential oil on perioperative anxiety and postoperative pain scores in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 100patients aged 20-65 years old,ASA grade I or II,weight 40 Kg-75Kg,who underwent elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected.All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were given 2% lavender essential oil for inhalation aromatherapy at bedtime on the day before surgery,while the control group was not given any special treatment at bedtime.The State Trait Anxiety Scale(STI-S6)was calculated in one day before surgery,10min before anesthesia induction and after surgery to evaluate and compare the anxiety of patients in the two groups.At the same time,the VAS score was used to evaluate the pain at 1,6,and 12 hours after surgery.Results There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups.The pain and anxiety scores of of the observation group before and after anesthesia were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,Satisfaction degree of patients in the lavender group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lavender aromatherapy has a definite effect on improving perioperative anxiety and postoperative pain in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
