摘要
冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化引起血管腔狭窄或阻塞,造成心肌缺血、缺氧或坏死而导致的心脏病,是心血管疾病死亡的主要原因。circRNA作为新近发现的一类非编码RNA分子,在心血管疾病的发生发展中扮演着重要角色。近年来,诸多研究证实针灸治疗冠心病具有明确的安全性和有效性,已有研究发现针刺可以通过调控circRNA发挥其他类型疾病治疗效果。该文将介绍circRNA在心血管疾病中发挥的作用,结合针刺对冠心病治疗作用的机制,进一步探讨针刺通过调控circRNA治疗冠心病的可行性,以期为后续研究针刺干预冠心病的调控机制提供新的视角。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common heart disease caused by coronary atherosclerosis,vascular stenosis or occlusion,leading to myocardial ischemia,hypoxia or necrosis,and it is the main death cause of cardiovascular diseases.As a newly discovered non-coding RNA molecule,circRNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascu-lar diseases.In recent years,many studies have confirmed that acupuncture and moxibustion have clear safety and effectiveness in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Studies have found that acupuncture can exert therapeutic effects on other types of disea-ses by regulating circRNA.This article introduced the role of circRNA in cardiovascular diseases,combining with the mechanism of acupuncture on the treatment of coronary heart disease,and explored the further feasibility of acupuncture through regulating circRNA to treat coronary heart diseases,hoping to provide a new perspective for the follow-up study on the regulatory mecha-nism of acupuncture intervention in coronary heart disease.
