摘要
文章重点对石油行业管体夹紧及定心结构的设计方案进行分析试验。为了在结构性能最优与工艺能力最佳中达到平衡,探讨了管体加工定心及夹紧形式的研究现状、优缺点及国内外同类机床的经典案例,同时对石油管定心夹紧结构的决定性技术和夹紧零件结构合理性和关键技术问题进行了研究,创新设计了液压卡盘供油结构,并运用MSC.ADAMS软件对该结构进行了运动学仿真,进一步验证了管体定位及夹紧结构的可实现性、可靠性,所研究内容对加工管螺纹时消除“黑皮扣”现象具有重要意义。
In this paper,the design scheme of pipe body clamping and centering structure in petroleum industry is mainly analyzed and tested.On the basis of the present situation,advantages and disadvantages of the centering and clamping forms of tube body processing,and the classic cases of similar machine tools at home and abroad,the decisive technology of centering clamping structure of oil pipe and the rationality and key technical problems of clamping parts structure are studied in order to achieve the balance between the optimum structural performance and the technological capability;and the oil supply structure of hydraulic chuck is innovatively designed.Then,the kinematics simulation to this structure is carried out,which further verifies the feasibility and reliability of the pipe body localization and the clamping.It has the vital significance to eliminate the phenomenon of“black leather buckle”in the pipe thread processing.
