介绍了化工装置中真空系统的气体负荷、空气泄漏率、初始抽气速度、抽气时间等基本概念,概括了真空系统设计负荷确定的主要步骤,总结了真空系统空气泄漏量的估算方法、工艺蒸汽流量及含量的计算方法和初始抽气速率的计算。通过实例计算,总结出减少真空系统的空气漏入量和降低真空系统入口温度是减小真空系统设计负荷的主要方法,为化工装置中常规真空系统设计负荷的确定,提供了思路和方法。
This article introduces the basic concepts of gas load,air leakage rate,initial pumping speed,evacuation time,etc.in the vacuum system of chemical plant.It summarizes the main steps of determining the design load of the vacuum system,estimates the air leakage rate,calculates the process vapor flow rate and content,and calculates the initial pumping rate.Through practical calculations,it is summarized that reducing the air leakage rate in the vacuum system and lowering the inlet temperature of the vacuum system are the main methods to reduce the design load of the vacuum system.This provides ideas and methods for determining the design load of conventional vacuum systems in chemical plants.
