摘要
食品检验检测机构应用LIMS信息化系统推动食品检验检测创新,带动管理的科学化、规范化、精细化,已成为食品检验机构高质量发展的必由之路。本文聚焦基于LIMS系统下食品检测机构质量管理模块的设计和应用,遵循ISO/IEC17025:2017《检测和校准实验室能力通用要求》和《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》《食品检验机构资质认定条件》等要求,从检验检测机构质量管理的有效性和持续改进方面进行系统思考,提出检验检测机构质量管理十三个要素信息化管理的要求、路径、方法、策略,各要素即相互独立,又有机统一,为食品检验检测机构LIMS系统质量管理模块的应用和实践提供了借鉴。
The application of LIMS information system in food inspection and testing institutions promotes innovation in food inspection and testing,drives scientific,standardized,and refined management,and has become a necessary path for the high-quality development of food inspection institutions.This paper focuses on the design and application of the quality management module for food testing institutions based on the LIMS system,following the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017,General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories,Criteria for Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions,and Conditions for Qualification of Food Inspection Institutions.The paper systematically considers the effectiveness and continuous improvement of quality management for inspection and testing institutions,and puts forward the requirements,paths,methods,and strategies for information management of thirteen elements of quality management in inspection and testing institutions.Each element is independent and organically unified,providing reference for the application and practice of the quality management module in the LIMS system of food inspection and testing institutions.
