摘要
目的调查军队离退休慢性病患者的正念水平、自我感受负担和生活质量的现状,分析正念水平的影响因素。方法采取便利抽样法,通过自行设计的一般资料调查表和临床常用的正念注意觉知量表、自我感受负担量表、生活质量量表,对上海市某军队三甲医院174例离退休慢性病患者开展问卷调查。对所获得的数据进行分析,通过多因素Logistic回归法筛选正念水平的影响因素。结果在174例军队离退休慢性病患者中,高正念水平72例(41.38%),正念得分(73.03±5.12)分;中正念水平99例(56.90%),正念得分(55.01±7.93)分;低正念水平3例(1.72%),正念得分(33.56±6.40)分。通过多因素Logistic回归分析发现,自我感受负担和健康量表总分是军队离退休慢性病患者正念水平的影响因素。结论军队离退休慢性病患者的正念水平仍需进一步提高,医护人员应注重慢性病患者的健康管理,进行有针对性的疾病健康教育和正念认知训练,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate mindfulness level,self⁃perceived burden and quality of life of military retired patients with chronic diseases,analyze influence factors of mindfulness level.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on 174 retired patients with chronic diseases in a Shanghai army tertiary hospital by self⁃designed general information questionnaire,commonly used mindfulness and attention perception scale,self⁃perceived burden scale and quality of life scale with sampling method.The obtained data were analyzed,and multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze influence factors of mindfulness.Results Among the 174 retired military patients with chronic diseases,72(41.38%)with high⁃level mindfulness had an average mindfulness score of(73.03±5.12);99(56.90%)with a moderate⁃level mindfulness had an average mindfulness score of(55.01±7.93);and 3(1.72%)with a low⁃level mindfulness had an average mindfulness score of(33.56±6.40).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that educational level and total score of the health scale were influence factors of the mindfulness level in retired military patients with chronic diseases.Conclusion The level of mindfulness needs to be further improved in retired military patients with chronic diseases.Medical staff should pay attention to the health management of patients with chronic diseases,and carry out targeted disease health education and mindfulness cognitive training,so as to improve the quality of life.
