摘要
随着北京冬奥会的成功落幕,冰雪运动在京津冀地区进入发展新时期。以天津市蓟州区群众冰雪运动的参与情况为研究对象,运用专家访谈法、问卷调查法,结合数据统计分析,探究天津市冰雪运动的推广路径。结果显示:天津市群众参与冰雪运动程度较低,积极性不高,主要制约因素为基础设施不健全、价格开支高和对冰雪运动不熟悉,冰雪运动的推广在政府、滑雪场、学校层面均具有较大空间。建议政府应增大基础设施投入,加强对冰雪市场的价格规范和政策引导;滑雪场应定期维修更新器材,推出多元优惠措施,制定针对性的宣传策略,注重教练员的资质培训,加强同多方机构的合作;学校应合理利用自身资源,改善冰雪运动条件,积极开展趣味性冰雪活动和多元化冰雪课程,完善冰雪运动人才培养体系。通过多方主体的共同营造,助力天津市冰雪运动的全民化推广。
With the successful ending of the Beijing Winter Olympics,ice and snow sports have entered a new phase of development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Taking the participation of the general public in ice and snow sports in Jizhou District,Tianjin City as the research object,this study has explore the promotion path of ice and snow sports in Tianjin by using the method of expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and data statistical analysis.The results show that the level of public participation in ice and snow sports in Tianjin is low,with low enthusiasm.The main constraints are inadequate infrastructure,high expenses,and unfamiliarity with ice and snow sports.The promotion of ice and snow sports has great potential at the government,sking resorts,and school levels.It is recommended that the government increase investment in infrastructure,strengthen price regulation and policy guidance in the ice and snow market.Sking resorts should regularly maintain and update equipment,introduce diverse preferential measures,develop targeted promotional strategies,focus on coach qualification training,and strengthen cooperation with multiple organizations.Schools should make reasonable use of their own resources,improve ice and snow sports conditions,actively carry out interesting ice and snow activities and diversified ice and snow courses,and improve the talent training system for ice and snow sports.Through the joint efforts of multiple stakeholders,the popularization of ice and snow sports in Tianjin can be promoted.
