摘要
数据要素参与农业经营对农业现代化转型有着重要且复杂的影响。构建“数据赋能-要素成本结构-小农经营方式转型”的理论框架,实证检验数据要素投入在中国农业经营方式转型中的作用。研究发现,数据要素参与农业经营虽弱化小农户的信贷约束,但也会强化大农场经营的市场势力优势以及弱化大农场的雇工效率劣势,进而增加大农场经营净优势。实证结果也表明,数据要素通过赋能劳动力、资本等传统要素改变小农户和大农场的要素成本结构,对小农户向大农场转型有着正向作用。据此,应重视数据要素的引入,完善数据基础设施,促进农业现代化转型。
Digitization of agriculture is important for the transition of agricultural modernization.Constructing a theoretical framework of"data elements-cost structure-transformation of small farmers",and testing the role of data elements in the transition of China's farming mode,it is found that although data elements weakening the credit constraints for small farmers,it also weakens the labor inefficiency and strengthens market forces for large farms and increases its net advantage.The results show that data elements change the cost structure of small and large farms by empowering traditional labor and capital,which has a positive effect on the transition from small to large farms.Therefore,we should attach importance to the introduction of data elements in agricultural management,improve data infrastructure construction,and promote the modernization and transformation of China's agriculture.
