摘要
眼功能的正常发挥依赖于肝经的通畅、肝气的调达、肝血的濡养和肝液的润泽,肝与目联系密切,肝病易及目。肝为刚脏,五行属木,主情志、主疏泄,若疏泄不及,郁久可化火,若疏泄太过,可直接化火,均称为“肝火”。肝火直冲于目,可诱发青光眼,青光眼若失治延治,甚至可致盲。因此早期干预、调畅情志、疏泄肝火可预防青光眼的发作和避免其加重,发病时在使用滴眼液、激光、手术等方法的基础上配合中药、针刺等手段以疏泻肝火,可更有效控制眼压、保护视功能。遂在此详细论述肝火所致青光眼的机制及治疗,为青光眼临床诊疗和早期预防提供理论依据。
The normal function of the eyes depends on the smooth flow of the liver meridian,the regulation of liver qi,the moistening of liver blood and the moistening of liver fluids,and the close connection between the liver and the eyes.Liver is a“rigid organ”,the five elements of wood,the main emotion,the main drainage,if the drainage is not enough,depression for a long time can turn into fire,or too much drainage,can directly turn into fire,and are called“liver fire”.If liver fire is directed to the eyes,it can trigger glaucoma,and glaucoma can even cause blindness if it is not treated and delayed.Therefore,early intervention,emotional regulation and drain⁃ing of liver fire can prevent the onset and aggravation of glaucoma,and the use of eye drops,laser,surgery and other methods in con⁃junction with Chinese herbs and acupuncture can more effectively control IOP and protect visual function.Therefore,the mechanism and treatment of glaucoma caused by liver fire were discussed in detail here to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and early prevention of glaucoma.
