摘要
目的:分析上海市闵行区麻疹流行与时空分布特征,为相关部门制定麻疹防控措施提供参考依据。方法:收集1998—2021年上海市闵行区麻疹发病数据,采用全局空间自相关和局部空间自相关分析判断空间差异类型;采用SaTScan 10.1软件探测麻疹发病时空聚集的区域。结果:1998—2021年上海市闵行区麻疹年均发病率为5.05/10万,呈明显下降趋势。全局空间自相关分析结果显示,没有明显空间相关性;局部空间自相关分析结果显示,户籍人口及非户籍人口分别在2014—2021年梅陇镇地区出现高—高聚集区,1998—2005年华漕镇地区户籍人口和2014—2021年的非户籍人口均出现高—低离散区。时空扫描发现3个高发时空聚集区,其中户籍人口时空聚集区2处,分别发生在2005年的5个街(镇)为一类聚集区,2005—2008年的4个街(镇)为二类聚集区;非户籍人口出现1处时空聚集区,为1998—2009年的6个街(镇)。结论:1998—2021年上海市闵行区麻疹发病存在时空聚集性,相关部门应加强华漕镇、莘庄镇、颛桥镇、梅陇镇的麻疹防控工作。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the spatiotemporal distribution patterns of measles outbreaks in Minhang District of Shanghai,in order to provide insights for measles elimination efforts.METHODS Measles incidence data from 1998 to 2021 in Minhang District of Shanghai,were collected.Global and local spatial autocorrelation analyses were conducted to determine spatial differentiation patterns.SaTScan 10.1 software were employed to detect spatial-temporal clusters of measles outbreaks.RESULTS The average annual measles incidence rate in Minhang District from 1998 to 2021 was 5.05/105,showing a significant downward trend.Global spatial autocorrelation analysis indicated no apparent spatial correlation.Local spatial autocorrelation analysis revealed high-high clusters of registered and non-registered populations in Meilong Town from 2014 to 2021.For Huacao area,registered population showed a high-low cluster from 1998 to 2005,while non-registered population exhibited a high-low cluster from 2014 to2021.Spatiotemporal scan identified three high-incidence clusters,including two clusters among registered populations in 5townships from 2005 and 4 townships from 2005 to 2008.One spatiotemporal cluster was observed among non-registered populations in 6 townships from 1998 to 2009.CONCLUSION Measles incidence in Minhang District of Shanghai,exhibited spatiotemporal clustering from 1998 to 2021.Enhanced measles prevention and control efforts are needed in the Huacao,Xinzhuang,Zhuanqiao,and Meilong communities.
