摘要
目的构建老年髋部骨折医护一体康复管理系统并评价其应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取系统应用前2022年7月至11月的96例患者为对照组,进行传统康复训练;系统应用后2022年12月至2023年7月的102例患者为试验组,利用系统进行评估-计划-实施-评价全流程的康复训练。结果试验组患者的髋关节功能、自我效能感、自我护理能力、功能锻炼依从性和满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论老年髋部骨折医护一体康复管理系统的应用可优化临床康复护理工作流程,有助于加速患者康复,改善康复效果。
Objective To construct an integrated rehabilitation management system of elderly hip fractures and evaluate its application effect.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 96 patients from July to November 2022 before the application of the system to be included in the control group for traditional rehabilitation training.After the application of the system,102 patients from December 2022 to July 2023 were included in the experimental group,and the whole process of rehabilitation training was evaluated-planned-implemented-evaluated by the system.Results Scores of hip function,self-efficacy,self-care ability,functional exercise compliance and satisfaction were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of integrated rehabilitation management system for elderly hip fracture can optimize the work flow of clinical rehabilitation nursing,help accelerate patients'recovery,improve the rehabilitation effect.
