摘要
目的探讨慢性胃炎患者的循证护理干预措施及护理效果。方法选取我院2020年4月至2022年5月期间收治的84例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(循证护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各42例,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度、治疗依从性、自我护理能力优良率以及护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),腹痛、反酸、恶心呕吐等症状的消失时间比对照组更短(P<0.05),护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性胃炎患者的临床护理中,实施循证护理干预,可以有效提高护理质量,对于改善患者的生活质量有着积极的影响。
Objective To explore the evidence-based nursing intervention measures and nursing effects of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(evidence-based nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing)with 42 cases each.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance,good and good rate of self-care ability and SF-36 score after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the time to disappear of symptoms such as abdominal pain,acid reflux,nausea and vomiting was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)after nursing in the observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical nursing of chronic gastritis patients,the implementation of evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of nursing,and has a positive impact on improving the quality of life of patients.
