摘要
汽液传质设备是化工原理和化工原理实验学习的重要内容,而在以往的教学过程中,关于塔板上汽液两相均匀分布的论述和实验较少。提出在教学过程中引入PRO/Ⅱ软件应用闪蒸模块模拟塔板上汽液传质过程,探究汽液不均匀分布、闪蒸级数对分离效率的影响。通过对化工流程模拟结果进行研究,学生们能够更加充分地掌握化工塔设备的知识点,更加深入地理解传质过程。此外,学习利用PRO/Ⅱ软件,为毕业后从事化工相关的生产和研究打下坚实的基础。
Vapor-liquid mass transfer equipment is an important part of chemical engineering principle and experimental learning.However,in the previous teaching process,there were few discussions and experiments on the uniform distribution of SAIC liquid in tray.In this paper,the flash module is introduced into PRO/Ⅱ software to simulate the process of liquid mass transfer in tray,and the influence of the uneven distribution of steam and liquid and the flash level on the separation efficiency is explored.Through the study of chemical process simulation results,students can more fully grasp the knowledge of chemical tower equipment and more deeply understand the mass transfer process.In addition,learning to use PRO/Ⅱ software lays a solid foundation for engaging in chemical-related production and research after graduation.
