摘要
针对公路路面工程领域,提出泡沫沥青再生混合料与水稳碎石试验对比方案。详细阐述水泥稳定碎石基层试验分析与泡沫沥青再生混合料基层试验分析,对沥青发泡试验分析进行详细分析,从而达到节约工程支出的目的,研究表明:按合成级配中铣刨料、水泥的掺加比例,将各部分混合拌匀,再根据重型击实试验确定的最佳含水量对应的水量,加入到混合集料中进行拌和,然后分别加入4种泡沫沥青用量:1.9%、2.2%、2.5%、2.8%,与混合集料进行拌和。在不同沥青用量下制作试件,并测其干湿劈裂强度。通过干、湿劈裂强度及残留劈裂强度比3个指标综合比较,可得到2.2%泡沫沥青用量下再生效果,可满足施工需求与技术要求。
For the field of highway pavement engineering,a comparative scheme of foam asphalt recycling mixture and water stable gravel test is proposed.The test analysis of cement stabilized crushed stone base layer and the base test analysis of foam asphalt recycling mixture are elaborated in detail,and the asphalt foaming test analysis is analyzed in detail,so as to achieve the purpose of saving engineering expenditure,Research shows that:according to the synthetic gradation of milling planer,cement mixing ratio,mix until each part,then according to the heavy compaction test to determine the best water content corresponding to the amount of water,mixing join in aggregate,then respectively in four kinds of foam asphalt content:1.9%,2.2%,2.5%,2.8%,and for mixing in aggregate.The test pieces were fabricated under different amounts of asphalt,and the dry-wet splitting strength was measured.Through the comprehensive comparison of dry,wet and residual splitting strength ratio,the regeneration effect of 2.2%foam asphalt can be obtained,which can meet the construction requirements and technical requirements.
