商芝189主要农艺性状与产量的相关性研究

摘要 商芝189是一个高产、广适、优质和抗病的芝麻新品种。为了探讨其在豫东平原夏播条件下高产栽培规律,为产业化提供科学依据,利用2021年在河南省商丘市5个试验点上进行的商芝189高产示范数据,对其主要农艺性状与产量进行相关性研究。结果表明,单株蒴数、每蒴粒数与产量呈显著或极显著正相关,果轴长与产量在3个试验点呈显著正相关。通径分析表明,单株蒴数对产量的总影响和直接影响都较大,果轴长对产量的总影响最大,通过单株蒴数对产量的间接影响也有较大的正向作用,果轴长与单株蒴数呈极显著正相关,二者均可促进产量的增加。综上所述,采取合理促控栽培技术,增加果轴长度和单株有效蒴数,是夺取其高产的有效途径。 Shangzhi 189 is a new sesame variety with high yield,wide adaptability,high quality and disease resistance.In order to explore its high yield cultivation rules under the summer sowing conditions in the eastern Henan Plain and to provide scientific basis for industrialization,we studied the correlation between the main agronomic characters and the yield of Shangzhi 189 using the data obtained from the high-yield demonstration of Shangzhi 189 conducted at five experimental sites in Shangqiu City,Henan Province in 2021.The results showed that the number of capsules per plant and the number of seeds per capsule were significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with the yield,and the length of fruit axis was significantly positively correlated with the yield at three test points.Path analysis showed that the total and direct effects of the number of capsules per plant on the yield are large,and the total effects of the length of fruit axis on the yield were the largest,and the indirect effects of the number of capsules per plant on the yield were also significant positive.The length of fruit axis and the number of capsules per plant were highly significant positive correlation,and the two had complementary effects on the increase of yield.To sum up,it was an effective way to obtain high yield by adopting reasonable promotion and control cultivation techniques and increasing the length of fruit axis and the number of effective capsules per plant.
