摘要
基于测控基带技术的高可靠性、低成本化研究需求,构建了一个适用于测控基带冗余技术方案评价的可靠性对比分析案例,应用可靠性建模预计技术和CARMES技术,完成了不同方案中的测控基带系统可靠性建模和预计计算,得出“多站共享的池化技术方案是可靠性最高、资源需求最少的系统级基带技术方案”的结论,较传统测控基带可以减少40%的资源规模,基带系统MTBF提升约70%、MTBCF提升约3~5倍,且能获取极高的任务可靠度。
Based on the requirement of high reliability and low cost research of TT&C baseband technology,a reliability comparative analysis case suitable for the evaluation of TT&C baseband redundancy technology scheme is constructed.Using the reliability modeling and prediction technology and CARMES technology,the reliability modeling and prediction calculation of TT&C baseband system in different schemes are completed.It is concluded that the pooling technology scheme of multi-station sharing is the system-level baseband technology scheme with the highest reliability and the least resource demand.Compared with traditional measurement and control baseband,the resource scale can be reduced by 40%,the baseband system MTBF can be increased by 70%,the MTBCF can be increased by 3~5 times,and the task reliability can be obtained.
