摘要
文章提出一套系统的精密机械零件加工流程。该流程注重粗加工、半精加工和精加工的合理安排,强调刀具的正确选择和加工程序的科学化,同时探讨热处理工序和辅助工序在提升零件表面质量中的作用。结果表明,采用所提加工流程和控制手段,能够进一步提高精密机械零件的表面质量,满足高精度机械的装配要求。
This paper presents a set of systematic machining flow of precision parts.The rational arrangement of roughing,semi-finishing and finishing is emphasized,the correct selection of cutting tools and the scientific processing procedure are emphasized,and the role of heat treatment process and auxiliary process in improving the surface quality of parts is discussed.The results show that the surface quality of precision machinery parts can be further improved by using the proposed machining flow and control means,and the assembly requirements of high-precision machinery can be met.
